In 1915, Joseph Stone began the tradition of distributing only the highest quality packaging products from his Lynn, Massachusetts warehouse. Throughout four generations, the Stone family has brought innovative products, programs and personnel to your industry. In 1978, ingredients for ice cream manufacturing and retailing were added to our distribution program. Our commitment to this market segment has made J. Stone & Son the leading supplier of cones, toppings, and ingredients in New England. A confectionery supply program was introduced in 1997. Although we have only been in this industry for a short period of time, we have grown to become the largest confectionery chocolate distributor in New England. With great pride and commitment to the future, we opened our new state of the art facility located in Rowley, Massachusetts in November 2001. In 2004, J Stone & Son merged with Diamond Foods. This merger allowed J Stone Diamond Foods to better service our foodservice customers with an expanded dry goods product line.
